1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
2. International Shipping
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan with fast and reliable shipping.
- May be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties (paid by the customer).
- Will include tracking, but delivery times vary by destination.
- May experience delays due to customs processing.
3. Order Tracking
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
- Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number via email.
- Click the tracking link to see real-time updates.
Can't find your tracking info? Check your spam folder or contact us at support@digitalliving.com.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Some items (e.g., batteries, large electronics) may have shipping restrictions to certain locations. If this applies to your order, we'll notify you immediately.
5. Missing or Delayed Packages
- Lost in transit? Contact us after 10 business days (PAK) or 14 business days (international), and we'll investigate.
- Delayed due to weather/carrier issues? We'll help track it down but cannot control carrier delays.
6. Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at support@digitalliving.com. Once an order ships, we cannot change the address.
