Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days  Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.




2. International Shipping

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan with fast and reliable shipping.

  • May be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties (paid by the customer).
  • Will include tracking, but delivery times vary by destination.
  • May experience delays due to customs processing.

3. Order Tracking

  • You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
  • Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number via email.
  • Click the tracking link to see real-time updates.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Some items (e.g., batteries, large electronics) may have shipping restrictions to certain locations. If this applies to your order, we'll notify you immediately.


5. Missing or Delayed Packages

  • Lost in transit? Contact us after 10 business days (PAK) or 14 business days (international), and we'll investigate.
  • Delayed due to weather/carrier issues? We'll help track it down but cannot control carrier delays.

6. Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at support@digitalliving.com. Once an order ships, we cannot change the address.


7. Returns & Refunds
